Just about every culinary culture has pancakes. You know that chain pancake place over by the highway? They claim to be 'International', but they only offer us French Toast and Belgian Waffles. What other international delights are they keeping from us?

Look. Big Pancake Chain doesn't want you to know about the culinary delights of other nations. But it doesn't matter what they think: we're a global village now, and we can open our borders to pancakes from all nations.

Do you smell that? It's time to wake up: International Pancakes are everywhere.

And breakfast is served.

We define pancake as any kind of doughy treat that's cooked by applying liquid batter to a hot pan. This can include traditional pancakes, crepes, waffles, and creations as yet undreamt-of.
